Lab Tested Ingredients

We use lab tested ingredients in all of our products, follow Good Manufacturing Practices, provide supplement facts, list product ingredients, and verify our formulations with additional lab tests. Our formulations are typically within an average of +/-5% accuracy.

Generally, most dietary supplements found in supermarkets are not tested and people purchase vitamins and food products without being overly concerned about nutrition fact accuracy or potential contaminants. There is a bit of mistrust and a negative bias when it comes to cannabis-infused products; people are inclined to be skeptical of cannabis impurities and label accuracy. In reality, cannabis products tend to be more rigorously tested than most products we consume on a daily basis.

A best practice approach to producing cannabis-infused products includes:

  1. The grower/farmer tests their soil for pesticide and heavy metal contamination and uses an organic approach to cultivation
  2. After harvesting, the cannabis flower material is tested for pesticides, heavy metals, microbials, and mycotoxins before extraction. Cultivators often test the cannabinoid potency and terpene profile at this stage.
  3. Next, the extracts and distillates derived from cannabis flower material are tested for cannabinoid potency, terpene composition, and again for purity if solvents were used.
  4. Finally, the products infused with cannabis extracts are tested for potency.
